Because the right planning and selecting the right time would keep you up exploring the breathtaking views.
The overheated temperature wouldn’t break down your goal if your plan is solid. Basically all about is following the right instructions to succeed your hiking goal.
1)Choose The Time And Trail Wisely
Mostly the first mistake would be taken by you choosing the trail and time unwisely. If you have newly grabbed the trekking poles, making these mistakes are very probable. So eventually your body would fall in hydration, overhydration and heat stroke. But they aren’t going to be an obstacle, if the weather doesn’t burn you. So in summer when the temperature starts downing, it could be a good time to get yourself outside with trekking poles and from 3.00 pm to late afternoon is the most preferable time.
After choosing the time, you should wisely open up your imaginations to search the trails and indeed the trails with flat surface and minimal ascends and descends are arguably suitable for hot weather hiking. Alongside, the trails with shady trees can be an outstanding option to hike. They can keep you cool and safe from sunburning.
2)Avoid The Tight Fitting Clothes
The sweats won’t only bother you, but also suck your energy. So the higher air flowing in your body, the minimal possibility of getting your body wet. In previously you might have hated to wear wobbly clothes, but this time you are closer to observe their efficiency. The light color clothes with loose fittings reduce the heat by providing more airs in your body. As well, you can grab more comfortability in your body, if your hiking pant is ergonomic to vent the heat out of the body. So choose a specific and efficient hiking pant.
3)Don’t Wear Long and Cotton Socks

The minimum measurement can be at least half liter for per hour and if the body requires more, stay drinking.
Drinking adequate water is necessary to stay energetic, but drinking excessively causes overhydration. Drinking more than necessary water not only downs your walking speeds, but also it causes coma and the highest effect can be a tragic death. So drink the water modestly and add the salt tablets to avoid overhydration and stay energetic by supplying the electrolytes at the right time.
5)Take The Rest Under The Tree Shades
You should take the rest not only for removing the tiredness, but also staying away from being overheated. So find a good shade, then get your backpack down from the shoulders for a while and take off the shoes. Taking the rest consistently decreases the chances of heat stroke and heat exhaustion. The consistent rest keeps your body comfortable to continually stay on hiking.
6)Reduce The Weight Of The Backpack
If you reduce the weight of the backpack by only packing lightweight and portable stuffs with avoiding the non-compulsory gears, then it will generate comparably lower pressures over your shoulders. So the backpack won’t be responsible for making your shoulders fatigue or tiresome. Moreover, always avoid heavy weighted gears and use the lighter and portable gears.
7)Know The Symptoms Of Dehydration and Heat Stroke
Experiencing the symptoms in advance assists you curing these illnesses wisely. Before having these unexpected illnesses, you would realize the symptoms. The common symptoms of dehydrations are nausea, headache and fatigue. On the other had, almost the similar symptoms can be noticed in heat stroke while your body temperature can be abnormal.
